Ayurveda (RMT)

Ayurveda is the medicinal science of Yoga. Ayurvedic massage uses warm medicated oil and ancient time-tested techniques to improve the body/mind/spirit systems; to assist in the recovery of orthopedic injuries; to relieve swollen tissues; to promote regeneration of tissues/organs; and to improve the overall functioning of the human body.


Swedish Massage (RMT)

Swedish massage is a blend of gentle, medium, and deep pressure techniques designed to help the body relax and reduce pain and stress. Please let your therapist know what kind of pressure you prefer, and we will cater the treatment to your needs.


Deep Tissue Massage (RMT)

Release tight muscles and deep-seated aches and pains with deep tissue massage. Techniques are designed to realign poor posture and restore proper range of motion. It is common to feel a little sore after this kind of massage, however in the next day or two you will feel significant changes in your body with increased flexibility and reduced pain.


Hot Stone Massage (RMT)

Hot stones are positioned on all parts of the client’s body and the heat from the stones helps muscles relax, allowing the therapist to manipulate deeper tissues more effectively.


Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (RMT)

Extremely gentle massage whereby we manipulate the lymph fluid which sits just beneath the skin. Silicone or glass cups are placed on the body and gently manipulated in multiple directions. Improves mobility and circulation while offering deep relaxation. The circular marks left after this treatment are temporary, lasting anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks.


Thai Massage (RMT)

Thai massage is a combination of acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. Clients are fully clothed laying on a floor mat while their therapist uses their body to pull, push, stretch and rock the client into various positions. *Please come prepared by wearing loose comfortable clothing*


Pre Natal Massage (RMT)

Reduce pain and tension, relieve stress, and improve sleep. This massage is performed in a side-lying position with a special pregnancy pillow for the Mother's utmost comfort.


Sports Massage (RMT)

The application of specific massage techniques to an athlete with the purpose of enhancing the athlete’s preparation for, or recovery from, the physical demands of training or competition.


Fascial Stretch Therapy (RMT)

Private Yoga Class (RMT)

One-on-one yoga session whereby therapist uses a wide range of mind/body practices, from postural and breathing exercises to deep relaxation and meditation. Classes are tailored to the health needs of the individual and can improve medical conditions. This is particularly appropriate for many chronic conditions that persist despite conventional medical treatment.


Reiki (RMT)

Reiki is an ancient healing art that promotes intense relaxation, heals emotional and physical pain, and increases one's intuition. Having a Reiki treatment is like making an appointment with your higher self, and committing to letting go of the clutter of the mind.

I started Ballet training at a very young age. Though there were disruptions to my training, I went on to complete a BFA in Contemporary Dance at Concordia University. I worked professionally as a dancer and choreographer in Montreal and later in Toronto for about 2 decades until the birth of my daughter.

Also at a young age I began practicing yoga. I knew instinctively and immediately that this would be a lifelong practice that would keep me healthy and mobile. I continued teaching yoga around the world and have also done YogaTeacher trainings and Prenatal Yoga teacher training. I am a trained and experienced Doula and have co-taught labour support classes, as well as years of prenatal yoga. I am committed to supporting and being an advocate for women’s health and empowerment.

I began my career as a massage therapist in British Columbia after the birth of my daughter. I worked for over a decade at Hollyhock Retreat Centre, and at An Sanctoir in Ireland. I am currently a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
