Deep Tissue Massage (RMT)

Post Op Massage (RMT)
A combination of specialized therapies to help reduce swelling, enhance healing and improve surgical outcomes. This treatment is suitable to support the recovery period from medical, cosmetic, and gender affirming surgeries. The techniques used in this treatment include: manual lymphatic drainage, Brazilian lymphatic drainage and scar tissue mobilization. Each treatment is carefully crafted to address the different stages of healing and support each person in their recovery journey. Post-Op Massage treatments can be booked as soon as one week after surgery, with adequate medical clearance.

We have two focused treatments for you to choose from: One feels like a luxurious 45min massage that focuses on the head, neck and face. Our therapists may use a variety of tools to enhance the effects such as facial rolling, cupping, gua sha, and manual lymphatic drainage massage. The second is a 45min treatment specifically designed to decrease tension and pain in the Jaw (TMJ) and neck, and gradually improve movements and overall health of the face and jaw. Foot Reflexology (RMT)
Reflexology points are specific areas on the feet that create artificial reflexes, having direct sensory and motor effects on the internal organ systems. This foot massage includes the feet and lower legs. It has been proven to help with constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, gastritis, early stage bronchitis, sinusitis, early stage asthma, numbness, weakness, joint pain, sciatic pain, migraine, insomnia, depression, anxiety, and muscular tension. After your session, a warm foot bath (made from cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and clove) is provided for ultimate relaxation.

This is a one-on-one private yoga class whereby the massage therapist uses a wide range of mind/body practices, from postural and breathing exercises to deep relaxation and meditation, as well as some massage techniques. Classes are tailored to the health needs of the individual and can improve medical conditions. This is particularly appropriate for many chronic conditions that persist despite conventional medical treatment.
Thai Massage (RMT)
Thai massage is a combination of acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. Clients are fully clothed laying on a floor mat while their therapist uses their body to pull, push, stretch and rock the client into various positions. *Please come prepared by wearing loose comfortable clothing*
Cupping Massage (RMT)
Silicone or glass cups are placed on the body and gently manipulated in multiple directions. Improves mobility and circulation while offering deep relaxation. The circular marks left after this treatment are temporary, lasting anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks.
Sports Massage (RMT)
The application of specific massage techniques to an athlete with the purpose of enhancing the athlete’s preparation for, or recovery from, the physical demands of training or competition.
Stretch Therapy (RMT)
Stretch Therapy™ (previously known as Fascial Stretch Therapy) is used to improve joint mobility and flexibility throughout the entire body. It is performed on a massage table with stabilization straps to anchor and properly position the client during specific angles of stretch. The client can expect to feel lighter movement, improved muscle recruitment, and reduced or eliminated pain and tightness. *Please come prepared by wearing loose comfortable clothing*
Reiki + Massage (RMT)
Reiki is an ancient healing art that promotes intense relaxation, heals emotional and physical pain, and increases one's intuition. Having a Reiki treatment is like making an appointment with your higher self, and committing to letting go of the clutter of the mind. Gentle massage techniques are also used above the clients clothing, promoting deeper relaxation and calm.
